Absolutely wonderful complete costume from Oltenia region hand embroidered and hand woven more than 50 years ago .
It contains 4 pieces : the blouse , the skirt and two aprons .
1. The blouse is hand woven and hand embroider with burgundy cotton thread ( dark red ) on white linen . Was added some extra white linen at the lower hem in order to make it longer . Condition : very good with minor traces of the wear , no noticeable stain , no tears or holes .
Blouse's length : 65 cm or 25. 5 inches
underarm to underarm : 80 cm or 31 inches

2 . The skirt is hand emnroidered with the same cotton thread on white linen and decorated on the lower hem with a hand made lace trim .
Around the waist is adjusted with elastic and will fit to any size between M and XL size !
The skirt's length is : 80 cm or 31. 4 inches .
Condition : very good condition with minor traces of the wear and no noticeable flaw .
3. The aprons are hand embroidered with silk on a cotton fabric.
Condition : good to very good condition with minor traces of the wear !
Size : 82 x 40 cm or 32. 2 x 15. 74 inches .
Origin : Oltenia region / Mehedinti county . Age : 50-60 years old . A beautiful Romanian complete costume from this region .
